My first blog

Well now, please be patient as I learn the fine art of blogging :) I will start out by telling about myself. I was born and raised in southeast Texas in a little town called Groves. I graduated from Port Neches-Groves High School in 1984 (go Indians). I have lived in many places since graduating from high school.
I am married to the love of my life Wayne. We have been married for 10 years and together for 13 years. I have four wonderful children....Tiffany is married to Matthew and they live in Germany. They have recently blessed me with my first grandchild, Dominick Giovanni. Joey is my special child. He is Autistic and he teaches us more than what we could ever teach him. He is such a bright light in our lives. Ariel is my little girl that has quickly become a young woman. She runs track, this is her first year at it and I think she is doing wonderfully with it. And now there is Cody. What can I say about Cody...He is mommy's boy, but Daddy's little man. He is soooo much like his daddy. He loves to go hunting, work on cars, go to the volunteer fire department; just anywhere that daddy goes, Cody is usually with him. I am also keeper of the dish to two pekingese's...Little Bit and Betsy...They are very spoiled, but they will tell you different :) . All of the above are the inspiration for my passion of scrapbooking.

I have been scrapbooking for a little more than five years now. I am totally addicted to this wonderful hobby. I love knowing that my family will be able to look back hundreds of years from now and know who we were. There are so many people "lost" because no one told their story. So I guess that makes me the family storyteller.
Well that is about it for my introduction :) I will be posting lots of our travels, scrapbook pages, family...keep checking back ;)
Thanks for reading...
